We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver - Class 3 to join our team. This role involves operating commercial trucks to transport goods safely and efficiently across various locations. Duties
- Safely operate Class 3 commercial trucks for local deliveries
- Load and unload cargo, often requiring heavy lifting and manual handling
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations
- Plan routes effectively to meet delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery status or issues
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during operations
Requirements
- Valid Class 3 commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record (5 years Clean)
- Proven experience driving heavy vehicles, with strong driving skills
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when loading or unloading cargo
- Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and responsibly in various weather conditions
- Physical stamina for long hours on the road and manual handling tasks
- Commitment to maintaining safety standards at all times
Pay: $32.00-$37.00 per hour
