JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Outlets Manager, Servers at Tigh-Na-Mara play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences through warm, attentive, and professional service. This position is ideal for hospitality professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy connecting with guests, and take pride in working as part of a supportive and energetic team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive food and beverage service
- Create positive and memorable guest experiences
- Maintain strong knowledge of menus, features, and resort offerings
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
- Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Follow all liquor service, health, and safety standards
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1–2 years of serving experience in a restaurant or resort environment preferred
- Valid Serving It Right certification required
- Positive, upbeat, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of accountability and teamwork
- Flexible availability
