Job Summary:
We use state-of-the-art machining and fabrication techniques in a lean, self-directed work team manufacturing environment to produce high value-added, cost-effective products for our strategic partners. We are looking for a Polisher to work in Production Department.
Position: Experienced Polisher
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Polishing and blending of welded steel assemblies
- Identifying out-of-spec conditions such as missing welds, misaligned parts, and other issues
- Reading work orders and tagging or marking product as required
- Inspecting and repairing defective or substandard welds
- Maintaining proper housekeeping of the work area
We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience in metal polishing or finishing, ideally within a welding or steel fabrication environment. Strong attention to detail and the ability to read technical work orders are essential.

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
