Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and oral surgery with precision and care.
- Assess patients’ oral health through thorough examinations, including medical history review and dental imaging, to develop effective treatment plans.
- Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate diagnoses and treatment options clearly to patients.
- Maintain detailed and compliant medical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and office protocols.
- Apply aseptic techniques and infection control procedures diligently to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency and patient comfort.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry by participating in ongoing education related to pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and other specialties as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid dental license to practice as an Associate Dentist in the Province of BC
- Proven experience working in a dental clinic or office setting with familiarity using practice management software such as Dentrix.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and medical imaging techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, dental fabrication, and other general dentistry procedures confidently.
- Experience with pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and infection control protocols is highly desirable.
- Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs compassionately and effectively communicate treatment plans.

Renumeration based on collections
Ideal Candidate can work Tuesday 9-5, Wednesday 9-5, Thursday 11-7, Friday 9-5 and Saturday 9-4.. Closed all long weekends
