Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, including Micros POS, while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain stock levels.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service as needed, ensuring timely delivery of orders.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills by efficiently managing multiple tasks during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change accurately.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
