Responsibilities
Mobile Operations & Patrol Management
- Oversee daily mobile patrol operations to ensure client sites are secure and patrols are completed efficiently.
- Conduct regular vehicle and foot patrols of client properties to maintain safety and security.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and client requests.
- Support dispatch by covering shifts and responding to alarm calls when required.
- Ensure all mobile officers follow company policies, site procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with developing and implementing security procedures and operational improvements.
Team Leadership & Staff Development
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Mobile Security Officers.
- Provide coaching, training, performance feedback, and ongoing support to promote professional growth.
- Conduct employee performance reviews and implement corrective action when necessary.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
- Participate in staff training, onboarding, and continuous professional development.
Client Relations & Service Excellence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and site visits.
- Address client concerns promptly and ensure security services meet or exceed expectations.
- Work closely with Operations Management to resolve service issues and improve client satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional company image while representing the organization.
Fleet, Equipment & Scheduling
- Conduct regular inspections of company vehicles and security equipment.
- Ensure patrol vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and operating safely.
- Maintain accurate fleet records and report maintenance issues promptly.
- Assist with mobile team scheduling and ensure adequate shift coverage.
- Monitor and maintain patrol tracking systems, reporting platforms, and other operational technology.
Reporting, Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Complete and review daily activity logs, patrol reports, incident reports, and audit documentation.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, client requirements, and industry regulations.
- Conduct site inspections to identify security risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of security experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Valid BCSecurity Guard Licence.
- Valid BC G Class Driver's License with a clean driving abstract.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong report writing and computer proficiency.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in mobile patrol operations or security supervision.
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certification.
- Experience using scheduling software, reporting platforms, and mobile patrol systems.
- Knowledge of CCTV, access control, and alarm response procedures.
Physical & Working Conditions
- Ability to drive, stand, walk, and conduct site inspections for extended periods.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations across multiple client sites.
- Ability to lift light equipment and perform the physical demands associated with mobile patrol operations.
- Rotating shifts, including days, afternoons, nights, weekends, and statutory holidays, may be required.

- Ensure patrols, alarm responses, and client requests are completed accurately and on time.
