Our client is looking for a skilled Agricultural & Construction Sales Representative to join their team at the Sussex, NB location. This role offers a salary plus commission structure and is ideal for someone passionate about sales and customer service in the agricultural and construction equipment industry.
The company operates 15 locations across Maritime regions and is recognized for its commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in promoting and selling new and used agricultural and compact construction equipment to both new and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met with top-quality products and service.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the company’s representative for machinery sales within a defined territory or store.
- Stay updated on product features, benefits, and competitive activity to effectively communicate with customers and management.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales data for territory management.
- Follow the company’s defined sales process and assist in planning customer events.
- Conduct field demonstrations of new equipment and monitor industry trends to share insights with management.
- Keep informed about financing options to help customers secure purchases.
- Attend sales training events and seminars to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Work toward achieving annual sales goals.

Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in equipment sales.
- Knowledge of agricultural and construction equipment operations is considered an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard internet functions.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
