Global Wholesale Parts and Global Wholesale Machinery are building a modern manufacturer direct platform for the construction and mining industries across North America. Our focus is improving fleet uptime, reducing ownership costs, and delivering OEM level quality at wholesale pricing. We are seeking a high performance Parts Technician who can combine technical knowledge with strong communication and sales execution.
The Role
We are looking for a Parts Technician Sales Lead who can build customer relationships, identify operational pain points, and convert opportunities into measurable revenue growth. This is not a traditional parts counter role. The successful candidate will support fleet accounts, contractors, and equipment owners while promoting the GQP VIP MFG Direct Order system.
Responsibilities
- Manage fleet accounts and inbound customer inquiries
- Identify operational challenges and recommend structured parts solutions
- Drive revenue through relationship building and value based selling
- Maintain disciplined follow up and pipeline management within HubSpot and Microsoft Teams
- Promote preventative maintenance and total cost of ownership thinking
Required Experience
- Proven success in parts, machinery, or service sales
- Strong call centre communication and follow through skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and business development
- Confident communicator able to ask for the sale
- Strong customer relationship and problem solving ability
- CRM experience with HubSpot considered an asset
Preferred Background
- Journeyman Parts Technician certification or equivalent industry training
- Experience with heavy equipment, wholesale machinery, or fleet accounts
- Understanding of component life cycles and equipment downtime
- Experience with procurement, vendor management, or supply chain operations
- Exposure to telematics, ERP, DMS, or Microsoft Dynamics platforms
- Leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience
- English and Hindi language skills considered an advantage
Leadership Opportunity
High performers demonstrating revenue growth, CRM discipline, customer retention, and leadership ability will be considered for future management opportunities. During the first 90 days, we expect active pipeline development, structured follow up, revenue contribution, and strong communication of the GQP VIP value proposition.
Pay: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
