Job Summary
We are seeking a few reliable and hardworking Labourers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting various operational tasks across our site, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining safety standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to develop their skills within a dynamic environment.
Duties
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
- Supporting maintenance activities around the site, including cleaning equipment and upkeep
- Operating basic machinery and vehicles as required, subject to training and certification
- Ensuring work areas are clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations
- Working with hot asphalt, crack smelters and assist with sealcoating
- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks
Experience
- Previous experience in paving or a labouring role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Basic knowledge of heavy equipment and safety practices
- Valid driving licence is preferred to support transportation tasks
- Strong communication skills are essential for effective teamwork and safety compliance
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift heavy objects safely is required
