We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented and enthusiastic Garden Maintenance & Laborers to join our landscaping team. This role involves maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through various gardening and landscape tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional golf course conditions, enjoy working outdoors, and possess basic knowledge of gardening tools and techniques. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in landscape maintenance while contributing to beautiful and functional golf course expectations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with landscape and garden maintenance throughout the golf course
- property.
- Plant, weed, prune, mulch, transplant, install and maintain ornamental beds and
- gardens.
- Perform general grounds maintenance and labor duties.
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
- Assist with golf course maintenance duties including but not limited to: mowing, line trimming, raking bunkers, edging, backpack blowing and operating other small landscape equipment.
- Perform general landscape duties as assigned.
- Operate landscaping equipment including golf carts safely and efficiently.
- Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
What we are looking for
- Experience in gardening, landscaping, horticulture, or grounds maintenance is an asset but not required.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to perform physical work outdoors including: bending, kneeling, lifting, standing and walking for extended periods of time.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- A passion for working outdoors and taking pride in your work.
- Someone who is detail oriented.
Schedule
We offer flexible scheduling with both full-time and part-time options available.
Regular Hours
Monday to Friday: 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 5:30 AM – 10:00 AM

Pay: $17.95-$20.00 per hour
