Real Estate Developer/Property Manager looking for Jr Mechanic/Equipment operator
Applicant must be mechanically inclined, have decent mechanic tools, and have some mechanical repair experience.
We will give the opportunity for the applicant to gain experience and operate heavy equipment.
Previous heavy equipment operator experience would be an asset.
This is a junior position so the job may include labor work, and maintenance of buildings, and properties from time to time. May also be required to work in Fernie, BC occasionally.
Must have own vehicle and a decent inventory of mechanic tools.
Absolutely no heavy drinkers or addicts, we test.
