Pay: CA$60,000+ per year (commission-based)
Top performers consistently earn $60,000 and above. Your pay is directly tied to your effort — the more you produce, the more you earn.
How you earn:
- 20% commission on every cleaning you complete
- Additional 5% commission on any new services you sell to customers
No experience needed — we provide full paid training.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Carpet Cleaning Technician, you'll travel around Edmonton and surrounding areas, servicing thousands of customers each year. Every day looks a little different — different homes, different neighbourhoods, real variety.
- Average 5-6 stops per day across the city
- Carry, set up, and operate cleaning equipment (carpet, furniture, and area rug cleaning)
- Climb stairs, move room to room, stay on your feet — this is an active job
- Deliver friendly, professional service in every home you visit
- Drive a company truck between jobs (you'll have downtime to recharge between stops)
What We're Looking For
- Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's Licence
- Minimum 3 years of Canadian driving experience
- Able to carry 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout your shift
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with customers
- Reliable — must be at our west Edmonton location by 7:00 AM
- Clean criminal background check required
- Safety-conscious and willing to follow procedures
- Open to learning and always looking for a better way to do the job

- Shifts — Monday to Saturday
