Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our dynamic financial team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in accounting principles, financial analysis, and the use of various accounting software. Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets with accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently using software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and PeopleSoft
- Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure data integrity
- Conduct audits and assist with internal controls to maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely payments
- Analyze accounts for discrepancies or irregularities and recommend corrective actions
- Support corporate finance activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Utilize accounting software for bookkeeping, account analysis, and maintaining accurate financial records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting systems
Experience
- Proven experience as a Certified Public Accountant or in a similar accounting role with a strong background in financial services
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, PeopleSoft, and other relevant tools
- Demonstrated expertise in bookkeeping, account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, auditing, payroll management, and account analysis
- Experience working with corporate finance functions including budgeting and financial planning
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
