Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas throughout the shift
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures in accordance with health regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth workflow
- Restock supplies such as clean dishes and utensils for the dining area or kitchen stations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and food safety standards is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude
- Basic understanding of food handling and sanitation practices
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if required
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed
