Barback – Mati Crudo + Charcoal
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Barback to support our bar team and ensure a smooth, elevated service experience. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a team environment and works with urgency.
Requirements

1+ year barback or bartending experience

Previous restaurant experience

Knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer

Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Availability Thursday through Sunday (required)
Responsibilities

Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies

Ensure bartenders are fully stocked with clean tools, towels, and glassware

Maintain proper levels of ice, liquor, wine, and beer throughout service

Keep the bar clean and organized at all times

Support inventory tracking and proper storage of deliveries

Learn menu items and cocktail recipes

Assist with guest interactions when needed
