Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Francophone on-site JIRA Administrator for our client in Montreal, Quebec.

Position Summary:
The Global Planning and Optimization department supports teams in project prioritization, project planning, and IT capacity management. The department is responsible across the entire organization for the governance and administration of JIRA / Confluence and related tools, including consulting, development, and maintenance of these tools. JIRA and related tools are used to capture all projects from our partners, manage Agile projects, and distribute work among non-project teams. JIRA is now at the core of our operations.
Reporting to the Manager of Global Planning and Optimization, the advisor will be responsible for providing user support, administering, deploying, and configuring JIRA and related tools. The advisor will also play a consulting role with IT teams in analyzing needs and selecting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deploy and configure JIRA and related tools:
- Prepare and implement new tools (e.g., Confluence, Plan, Xray, ATL…), approved enhancements, and change requests;
- Analyze and create workflows and forms using the JQL (Jira Query Language);
- Implement automation for work processes in JIRA;
- Set up dashboards and metrics;
• In collaboration with key JIRA users, define, write, update, and publish documentation related to the efficient use of • • tools, practices, and procedures.
2. As an expert, support teams in choosing solutions:
- Guide and support project or platform teams in selecting tools aligned with the operational needs of the project or platform;
- Support project or platform teams in the proper use of tools and compliance with defined processes;
- Build documentation and train teams on the use of JIRA;
- Support teams with technical questions related to JIRA and associated tools.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in JIRA and Confluence administration;
- Skills in programming using JQL (Jira Query Language);
- Experience creating reports in JIRA and implementing automation.
- Candidates must be fully fluent in spoken and written French.

Compensation:
Salary Range: $75.00 – $90.00 per hour
