We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Culinary Team Leader / Junior Sous Chef to lead evening kitchen operations and join our weekend brunch team. This role is ideal for someone ready to step into leadership while still being actively involved on the line.
Looking for an evening/ weekend line cook as well.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise kitchen operations during service while Chef and Sous chef are absent
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with execution, prep, and service standards
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Manage prep lists, inventory levels, and station readiness
- Step in on any station as needed during service
- Ability to run and close a kitchen while managing labor
Qualifications
- 2–4+ years kitchen experience, including leadership exposure
- Strong line skills with the ability to work multiple stations
- Solid understanding of food safety and kitchen systems
- Ability to lead calmly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexible availability for evenings, nights, weekends
