Job Summary

Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling their vehicles efficiently and safely
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems to process cash, credit, and debit transactions with accuracy
- Conduct product demonstrations and upsell items such as snacks, beverages, or automotive accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas station area, including merchandising displays and retail shelves
- Handle cashing out customers, balancing cash registers, and performing basic math calculations for transactions
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering product recommendations, and resolving issues promptly
- Follow safety protocols for fuel handling and ensure compliance with environmental regulations
Skills
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve a diverse customer base effectively
- Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales environments, especially involving product demos or upselling techniques
- Strong communication skills with phone etiquette for engaging customers over the phone or in person
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math operations for accurate transactions
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Knowledge of merchandising practices to optimize product displays and store layout
