We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Dental Administrator to join our dental team. The Dental Administrator serves as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, handling patient communications, and supporting the overall efficiency of the dental practice.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Relations
- Welcome patients and visitors in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with privacy regulations.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.
- Process new patient registrations and intake forms.
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations.
- Prepare and submit insurance claims.
- Collect and process payments, issue receipts, and balance daily transactions.
- Manage correspondence, emails, and office communications.
Office Coordination
- Coordinate patient flow to minimize wait times.
- Communicate effectively with dentists, and clinical staff
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dental, medical, or healthcare reception role preferred.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and dental procedures is an asset.
- Experience with dental practice management software is preferred (Tracker)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
