Duties
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot photo booth equipment during events
- Assist guests in taking photos, guiding them on how to use the booth effectively
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their experience
- Manage guest interactions, including answering questions and providing assistance
- Handle cash transactions if applicable, ensuring accurate processing of payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the photo booth area before, during, and after events
- Ensure all photos are captured correctly and troubleshoot technical issues promptly
- Support event staff with guest services as needed to ensure a positive atmosphere
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills with a welcoming attitude
- Experience working with children is a plus
- Strong communication skills, including public speaking abilities
- Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or food service is advantageous
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately if required
- Outgoing personality with the ability to engage guests of all ages
- Reliable and punctual with a professional appearance
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours including weekends and evenings if necessary
