We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional Office Administrator to support the daily operations of a busy real estate office. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people and can confidently manage administrative, client service, marketing, transaction and conveyancing-related duties.
Qualifications
-Previous administrative experience, preferably in real estate, conveyancing, legal, mortgage, insurance, banking or a professional office environment
-Experience with real estate transaction coordination or conveyancing is a strong asset
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-High attention to detail and accuracy
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, digital filing and online platforms
-Experience with MLS systems, real estate transaction platforms, Canva or social media tools is an asset
-Professional, friendly and client-focused attitude
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Discretion and respect for confidential information

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
