Rental City is seeking to add new team members to our Oshawa location. This role provides front line in-store and field support to our customers by facilitating sales and product delivery and set up. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority, and we expect it to be yours as well. Role includes in store sales opportunities, customer service and comfortable with phone skills and computers needed.
You will be delivering and picking up product from customer's homes. You will also be setting up product and educating customers on the various functionalities (where appropriate), as well as answering any questions they may have about their new product. You may work as part of a team, or alone day-to-day.
Candidate must be able to:
· Lift 50lbs (min), able to kneel, lift, carry
· Communicate written and spoken in English
· Have a valid “G” License
· Complete Criminal Record Check
· Completed High School or Equivalent
· Driver’s Abstract required
· Provide their own steel-toed shoes/boots (no open toe or running shoes permitted)
· Sales experience is preferred.
· Accounts and collections experience is a bonus.
· Min 3 References are required
· Fluent in spoken and written English
· Mechanical knowledge is an asset (you will set up and make minor repairs to products)
Our operating hours are between Mon-Friday: 10:00am-6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm. We are closed on Sundays and major holidays. Position is permanent, full-time.
