Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to uphold hygiene standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all work areas are organized and sanitary throughout your shift.
- Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, cleaning chemicals, and equipment operation.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy trays or moving supplies.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude in fast-paced settings.
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations including food preparation and cooking support is advantageous.
