Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Perform general site cleanup and debris removal to maintain a safe work environment
- Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools and materials
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery as instructed
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
- Assist in setting up work sites, including preparing surfaces or areas for construction or maintenance tasks
- Carry out other manual labor duties as assigned by supervisors
Experience
- Prior experience in manual labor, construction, or related fields is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently and safely
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety procedures
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in manual labor roles is a plus but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential for success in this role
