We are a growing paving and sealcoating company looking for motivated and dependable individuals to join our team. Experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Apply sealcoat to parking lots, roadways, and driveways
- Perform crack sealing and asphalt repairs
- Assist with line painting and site preparation
- Operate sealcoating equipment and tools
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical outdoor work
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in sealcoating, paving, construction, or related field is an asset
