We are looking for a Senior Beauty Sales Consultant at our Corral Centre, Brandon Retail Salon!
What You’ll Do
-
Lead by example by delivering personalized beauty consultations and expert product recommendations.

Educate customers and team members on professional hair care products, trends, and routines.

Drive sales performance by supporting store goals, promoting new launches, and maintaining merchandising standards.

Support daily salon operations, including opening and closing duties, acting as a key holder when required.

Mentor and support Beauty Sales Consultants by sharing knowledge, coaching in the moment, and fostering positive energy.

What You Bring-
At least 1 year of retail experience

Passion for beauty and delivering exceptional customer experiences

Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented mindset

Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer programs

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
