WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Elevate Sports Recovery & Performance is seeking a skilled, friendly, and professional Registered Massage Therapist to join our team as a casual independent contractor.
In this role, you will help clients achieve their athletic and wellness goals through high-quality, client-focused massage therapy. We’re looking for someone with a passion for health, wellness, and fitness, who embodies a client-first attitude and thrives in a collaborative environment.

- Possess outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client Care & Experience: Deliver personalized, high-quality massage therapy sessions tailored to each client’s needs and preferences, focusing on recovery, relaxation, and overall wellness. Actively listen to client goals to ensure a positive and impactful experience.
- Studio Ambassador: Embody the studio's values and mission by building strong client relationships, fostering trust, and encouraging repeat visits to cultivate a loyal client base.
- Product & Service Expertise: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of studio services, treatments, and products to provide accurate information and personalized recommendations.
- Sales & Client Enhancement: Promote studio offerings and products to elevate client experiences while contributing to business growth.
- Hygiene & Safety: Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism in the treatment room, ensuring equipment and supplies are well-organized and sanitized.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with management and team members to implement strategies that enhance client satisfaction and drive further success for your caseload.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Active registration with a recognized Manitoba association (MTAM, NHPC, or RMTSMB).
- Experience in therapeutic, relaxation, and ideally sports massage.
- Friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor with strong communication skills.
- Passion for sports, wellness, and holistic health.
- Positive, empathetic attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a client-focused environment.
- Familiarity with Mindbody Software or similar booking platforms is an asset

- Casual Position; Mornings & Evenings.
