Qualifications and Skills:
RNs are expected to follow their scope of practice as outlined by the CNO, which includes but is not limited to; manage the healthcare team, provide wound care and assessments to residents. The specific responsibilities and duties vary slightly between facilities, as well as from shift to shift and will be communicated to you during the site-specific orientation.
- Must be registered and in good standing with the CNO
- Minimum one year of paid work experience
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Flexibility to work out of town, in different homes and different shifts
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Hardworking, compassionate, positive, solution-oriented, professional, and adaptable
- LTC experience considered and asset
- Must have access to own transportation/travel
**ALL NECESSARY PPE WILL BE PROVIDED ON SITE**
Schedule:
Plan A staff have exclusive use of StaffStat, which means you have shifts in the palm of your hand. Our scheduling team will work with you to create a schedule that provides our partners the support they need and the flexibility that you need. Plus, pick up last minute shifts through the StaffStat app at an increased rate of pay!

We work with multiple LTC facilities in the region and our opportunities will be available at a variety of locations. Because of this, your commute within the region could range from 5-minutes to an hour, depending on t the facility. The majority of our partners currently require a minimum of 2 COVID doses.
