Job description:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused team member to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the COR values(customer focus, dedication, & positive attitude). Must have the ability to engage customers, and have pride of ownership of the branch.

Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Meet with installers and validate staged materials
- Pre screen contracts
- Bank Deposits/Mail
- Confirm installer check lists
- Participate in huddle calls
- Branch cleanliness
- Inventory
- Pulling materials for installers
- Receive orders
- Recruiting for branch
- Vehicle maintenance
- Installation visits
- Ride along with sales consults
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, construction, or related fields is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English and French
- Familiarity with POS systems, Ipad systems, cash handling, and basic math skills required
- Experience with product demos, upselling, and merchandising is advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service with professionalism and courtesy
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills necessary for engaging with diverse customers
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
