We are scaling fast, and we are building a sales team to match. This role starts with one of our businesses and, for the right performer, grows into selling across the full portfolio.
The Role
This is a paid 2-month intern trial: $1,000/month base while you learn to sell, plus commission on everything you close. It's a real shot to break into sales with coaching, a desk, and income from day one — not a sink-or-swim commission gamble.
We're hiring driven, coachable people who can pick up the phone, open doors, and turn cold prospects into clients. This is a hunter role built around outbound cold calling. You'll own the top of the funnel: building lists, making calls, handling objections, booking and closing business. Prove yourself in the trial and you move into a permanent role selling across the full portfolio with uncapped earnings.
What You'll Do
- Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients
- Qualify leads and identify decision-makers
- Pitch our products and services with confidence and clarity
- Handle objections and move prospects through the pipeline
- Close deals and hit (then beat) your targets
- Keep accurate records of activity and follow-ups in our CRM
- Build toward selling across multiple businesses as you prove yourself
What We're Looking For
- A strong work ethic and a thick skin for cold outreach
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated, coachable, and hungry to earn
- Comfortable with rejection and high call volume
- Sales experience is an asset but not required; we'll train the right attitude
- Reliable, professional, and able to work in-office in Surrey daily
Compensation
