Pay Rate: $22.75/Hr - $26.85/Hr

Contract Length: 3 Months with 12 months possibility for extension

Responsibilities:

Verify the documents and forms, ensure all the information on the documents and forms completed correctly and match the info in the systems.

Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered
-
Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors
-
Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors
-
Attending meetings and have ability to escalate the issue
Knowledge & Experience:
-
2-3 years related experience
-
English & French ability to read, write and general communication
Skills & Competencies:
-
Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and time management skills
-
Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
-
Expert user of Microsoft Excel, Access and Word, Power Point, PDF
-
Completion of a speed and accuracy data entry test
-
Adapt quicky and keep managers updated always
