ARPAC is expanding and we need your help! We are currently looking for a Service Dispatcher to add to our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have some prior administrative experience and will possess proven professional written and verbal communication skills in a corporate environment, all complimented with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.

A Service Dispatcher’s day is never a dull one. Whether you are dispatching technicians throughout the city, processing payables, or work orders, your day will always be filled with a challenge and variety!

Requirements
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is required
- Proven professional written & verbal communication skills (English) in a corporate environment
- Ability to accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously with speed and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated attention to detail
- High school diploma/ equivalent
- Administrative/ customer service experience (2-5 years)
- Experience with Navision or like program would be considered as asset
Contract details: Temporary position for up to 18 months.
