Overview
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Carpenters to join our dynamic construction team. At Little Rock we offer both Modular and Site Built homes, which ensures consistent work year round.
Duties
- Interpret blueprints, and drawings.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install a wide range of materials including wood, millwork, etc.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to perform framing, trim carpentry, cabinetry installation, door hanging, and roofing tasks.
- Work within the shop and sites.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with hand tools (e.g., saws, hammers) and power tools (e.g., drills, nail guns), along with experience using heavy machinery when applicable.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations to ensure compliance on all projects.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces when required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality craftsmanship in restoration industry settings or manufacturing environments.
