About the Role
Are you a reliable and hardworking individual with hands-on experience in residential construction? Paragon Living is seeking a Skilled General Labourer to support our growing multi-family residential projects. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative team that values craftsmanship, safety, and a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to designated work areas
- Clear debris and maintain a clean and safe job site using shovels, wheelbarrows, and other equipment
- Prepare work areas for subtrades and assist with setup
- Operate hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws) under supervision
- As the position evolves, other duties may be required to help drive our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and uphold Paragon’s Core Values.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous construction experience an asset
- Familiarity with construction tools and safety procedures
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Team-oriented mindset with good commun
