The Operations Manager plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day execution and operational performance of a portfolio of two properties. Working closely with General Managers, Assistant General Managers, and cross-functional teams, this position helps ensure operational consistency, service excellence, and efficient execution across multiple properties.
This is a highly collaborative, field-facing role focused on identifying operational challenges, driving follow-through, supporting leasing and resident experience initiatives, and helping site teams deliver strong results. The ideal candidate is an organized, solutions-oriented leader with experience in multi-site operations, property management, facilities management, or hospitality who enjoys working across teams to improve processes and performance.

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
