```Overview:
We are seeking experienced welder/Ironworkers to join our team. You will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and erecting structural steel components for various construction projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work at heights.
Duties:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine layout and specifications
- Measure, cut, and shape steel components using various tools and equipment
- Weld or bolt steel components together to create structural frameworks
- Use rigging equipment to lift and position steel components into place
- Perform quality checks to ensure all work meets industry standards
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Ironworker or in a similar role
- Proficient in welding and fabrication techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work at heights
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
