Known for our chef-driven Italian cuisine, scratch-made pastas, AAA Alberta beef, fresh seafood, and warm Ospitalità Italiana hospitality, we’ve built our reputation on culinary excellence and exceptional service.
Now, we’re looking for a Sous Chef or experienced Line Cook who’s ready to hit the ground running.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with our Executive Chef and kitchen leadership to deliver fine-dining quality at every service.
- Execute and refine our scratch-made pastas, butchery, sauces, and classic Italian dishes.
- Support menu development and daily specials with creativity and precision.
- Help lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing kitchen team.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where your ideas and initiative matter.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong line experience in a high-end or fine-dining restaurant.
- A team player who is calm under pressure and committed to consistency.
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and scratch cooking techniques (pasta-making a plus).
- Leadership qualities and the drive to step into a sous chef role.
- A passion for excellence, creativity, and growth.
