At Familifood Club, we are expanding rapidly and seeking exceptional sales professionals to join our door-to-door sales team. As a leading distributor of restaurant-quality food products to households and businesses across Ontario, we offer recurring commissions for every customer you sign on — unlike typical door-to-door sales roles, where the sale ends after the first purchase. With us, your hard work pays off long-term, and we’re looking for hunters, not gatherers, to close deals and build ongoing relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hunt and Close Deals: Actively seek new customers in your assigned territory and close sales with confidence.
- Own Your Success: This is a 100% commission-based role, meaning your earning potential is unlimited based on your effort and skill.
- Build Long-Term Relationships: Generate recurring revenue through repeat customer purchases, leading to long-term commissions.
- Product Knowledge: Understand and promote our high-quality food products to both households and businesses.
- Be Independent: Take ownership of your schedule and territory while being supported by our back-office team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Hunters Only: We need salespeople who are not afraid of cold calling, door knocking, and going the extra mile to secure sales.
- Confident and Assertive: You need to be comfortable initiating conversations, handling objections, and closing deals.
- Self-Motivated: You should be someone who thrives when working independently and is highly motivated by uncapped earnings.
- Proven Sales Experience: Ideally, you have experience in door-to-door sales, B2C sales, or commission-based sales roles (experience with recurring revenue models is a plus).
- Results-Oriented: You should be focused on earning $100,000+ annually, with the determination to push beyond.
- Vehicle and Driver’s License: Must have a valid G Driver's License.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: Full-time, with weekends as needed based on sales targets and customer availability.
