Job Responsibilities
- Complete all Service calls assigned by Dispatch and Coordinators
- Diagnose customer equipment and determine proper solution;
- Document all service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records as determined necessary
- Operate vehicle in a safe manner and follow all Health and Safety procedures
- Ensure Service vehicle and work areas are kept clean and organized;
- Answer any customer Service-related queries in-store, on the phone, via fax or email if required.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and in writing;
- Ability to work proficiently within a team environment as well as independently;
- Technical aptitude is required;
- Health and safety training is an asset;
- Industry experience considered an asset
- Demonstrate customer service excellence
- Full driver’s license in Ontario and clean driver’s abstract
- Vulnerable Sector check is required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
