Listing Coordinator – Real Estate
Instant Recruitment Solutions Inc. is recruiting an experienced and highly organized Listing Coordinator on behalf of a successful, established real estate team serving Edmonton and surrounding communities.

The Listing Coordinator will manage the administrative and marketing processes associated with bringing residential properties to market, from the initial listing paperwork through to the final sale.
The successful candidate will be proactive, dependable and comfortable managing multiple deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy, professionalism and client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the complete listing process from initial paperwork through to closing.
- Prepare listing agreements, amendments, disclosures and other required real estate documentation.
- Review listing paperwork to ensure it is accurate, complete and compliant with brokerage and industry requirements.
- Gather property details, measurements, photographs, feature sheets and supporting documentation.
- Create, review and maintain accurate MLS listings.
- Coordinate photography, measurements, signage, lockboxes, staging and other listing-related services.
- Prepare compelling and accurate property descriptions and marketing materials.
- Coordinate the launch of listings across MLS, websites, social media and other marketing platforms.
- Communicate regularly with sellers, agents, photographers, lawyers, vendors and other service providers.
- Provide sellers with updates throughout the listing and transaction process.
- Manage listing timelines, condition dates, document deadlines and closing requirements.
- Schedule open houses, showings and other property-related appointments as required.
- Maintain accurate client files, databases, checklists and transaction records.
- Assist with price changes, status updates, pending sales, sold listings and possession documentation.
- Support the real estate team with additional administrative and marketing duties as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in real estate administration, transaction coordination, conveyancing or listing coordination is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with residential real estate documents and listing processes is considered a strong asset.
- Familiarity with Alberta real estate practices, forms and compliance requirements is an asset.
- Experience using MLS systems, real estate CRMs, electronic signature platforms and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is preferred.

Compensation:
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
