Duties
- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend suitable styles and treatments
- Perform a variety of hairstyling services including cuts, color, highlights, balayage, keratin treatments, and special occasion styling
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in all procedures
- Stay updated on current hair trends, techniques, and products to provide innovative services
- Mentor and support junior stylists by sharing expertise and best practices
- Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and positive referrals
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and salon productivity
- Assist in retailing hair care products that meet client needs
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating versatility and skill
- Valid cosmetology license or state certification required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of current hair coloring techniques, styling tools, and salon equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple appointments effectively

Pay: $14.00-$40.98 per hour
