In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the acquisition process and matching them with vehicles that align with their distinct lifestyles. This position requires a competitive self-starter with a proven track record of closing deals and maintaining exceptional client relationships.Core Responsibilities
- Welcoming showroom guests and conducting comprehensive customer needs assessments.
- Conducting professional, safe vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Articulating product features, vehicle specifications, warranties, and finance options.
- Structuring deal terms and executing sales agreements effectively.
- Managing a robust sales pipeline through proactive phone and email follow-ups.
- Ensuring the showroom and vehicle presentation standards meet brand expectations.
- Consistently achieving or exceeding established monthly sales volume and customer satisfaction targets.
Professional Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive sales or high-ticket retail environments preferred.
- Superior negotiation, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills.
- Valid British Columbia driver’s license with a clean driving abstract.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including weekends and evening shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Polished, professional demeanor and a commitment to representing the brand with integrity.
