Duties
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information
- Perform accurate data entry to update customer records and transaction details
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer feedback and interactions to improve service quality and suggest process improvements
- Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear understanding
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and transactions for future reference
- Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals and improve overall customer experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service roles, with strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Strong analysis skills to interpret customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Experience in sales, including upselling techniques, is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive customer relationships
