Woody’s RV World Leduc is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Apprentice RV Technician to join our team! If you enjoy solving mechanical problems, working with your hands, and learning new skills, this is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career.
As an Apprentice RV Technician, you’ll work alongside experience technicians while gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of RV service and repair. The Woody’s RV Apprenticeship program can help set you on a path to becoming a Red Seal RV Technician in 3 short years! Woody’s RV World covers the cost of your technical training so you can focus on developing your skills and advancing your career.
What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain RV systems including plumbing, electrical, propane, appliances, and structural components
- Perform routing maintenance such as winterizing, roof inspections, and resealing
- Complete pre-delivery inspections to ensure every RV meets our quality standards
- Troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues while delivering exceptional workmanship
- Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to complete repairs efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Registered as an RV Technician as required by the Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training
- A strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in RV, automotive, marine, heavy equipment, construction, or another skilled trade is considered an asset
What We Offer:
- Apprenticeship compensation range of $24.00 - $28.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
- Regular hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, 40 hours per week
