Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for social media and digital marketing? We’re looking for a results-driven Social Media & Content Creator to join our growing team in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). This is a full-time hybrid position offering flexibility to work remotely while attending client meetings, content shoots, and team collaborations as required.
In this role, you’ll develop and execute impactful social media strategies, create engaging content across platforms, manage online communities, and help our clients achieve measurable marketing success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client goals and brand identity.
- Create engaging, high-quality content including graphics, videos, reels, stories, and written copy for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
- Plan and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and strategic posting.
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
- Manage and grow online communities by responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions in a timely and professional manner.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) and use insights to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and brand development.
- Attend client meetings, content shoots, and team collaboration sessions as required within the GTA.
- Travel regularly to Mr. Greek restaurant locations throughout Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area to capture photo and video content, support promotional campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across social media channels.
- Ensure all content reflects brand voice, visual standards, and marketing objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and visual content creation skills.
- Proficiency with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar platforms.
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive results.
- Highly organized with strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying connected with the team.
- Valid driver’s license and access to transportation is considered an asset for attending shoots and meetings across the GTA.

Work Location
- Hybrid – Greater Toronto Area (remote work with in-person meetings, shoots, and collaborations as required)
- Must be comfortable traveling regularly throughout Toronto and the GTA to visit restaurant locations, attend content shoots, and participate in client and team meetings.
- Valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle are required.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends to support restaurant events, promotions, and content creation opportunities.
Experience
- Social media management/content creation: 2+ years (preferred)
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
