Part-Time Sales Associate - 18+ ONLY
CK's Supply Haven Ltd. is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team. This position involves assisting customers, operating the cash register, handling cash transactions, stocking inventory, maintaining store cleanliness, and helping ensure the store remains organized and welcoming.
The ideal candidate is dependable, punctual, comfortable working independently, and able to provide excellent customer service. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, able to accurately count cash and provide correct change, and have reliable transportation to and from work. Previous retail experience is considered an asset but is not required, as training will be provided.
Shifts may be scheduled between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
- Count cash and provide correct change
- Receive, organize, and stock inventory
- Maintain product displays and store appearance
- Perform cleaning and general housekeeping duties
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Provide a positive shopping experience for all customers
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Able to work independently
- Comfortable handling cash and basic math calculations
- Willing to learn and accept training
Starting wage: $15.00–$16.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
