We current have anopportunity for a full-time Maintenance Worker to join our PCC Concord Ontario Team. We are looking for a Team player, who takes pride in delivering quality work and providing exceptional results for our customers.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Remove scraps, dirt, debris & other refuse
- Empty waste containers
- Drywall repairs
- Prep and paint walls, ceilings and pipes, floors and equipment
- Install ceiling tiles
- Prep and clean floors
- Fixture repairs in bathrooms and lunchroom
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on plumbing, electrical systems
- Snow shoveling and spreading salt
- Conduct regular reviews of the entire building and reports findings to Operation Manager.
- Understand and follow all health and safety policies and procedures while implementing 6s initiatives.
- Sweeping and cleaning of shop floor as needed
- Work independently while following instructions from Operations Manager to accomplish assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Other maintenance duties as required.
