Pay: $70.00 – $85.00/hr (Up to $95.00/hr with incentive bonus)

Hours: Flexible (30 hrs/week) | Three weekdays and half a day on Saturdays (No nights/on-call)

What You’ll Do (As Clinic Director):
- Lead Clinical Operations: Serve as the on-site Lead, overseeing clinical compliance and mentoring staff.
- Hormone Optimization & Wellness: Evaluate and treat patients for low testosterone, medical weight loss (Semaglutide/Tirzepatide), and ED therapies.
- Advanced Procedures: Administer PRP, P shot, custom IV vitamin infusions, and cosmetic injectables (Botox/Dysport) optimized for men.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
- CNO Prescriptive Authority for Controlled Drugs & Substances (CDS) with no restrictions (required for testosterone therapies).
- Experience in urology, endocrinology, or medical aesthetics is a plus, but not required.
