Job expectations/Responsibilities - must have experience
- Framing wood & steel
- Insulation
- Drywall installation mudding & taping
- Finish Carpentry (trim, doors, mouldings)
- Flooring (Hardwood, Laminate, tiling)
- T-Bar ceiling
- Painting
Qualifications
- Interior experience in Residential & Commercial Renovation
- Familiar with the use of basic hand and power tools
- Ontario G-class license with clean abstract
- Must possess appropriate attire for construction site (steel toe boots, hard hat etc.)
- The ability to work well with minimal supervision and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate site problems to the Project Manager in a clear and concise way
- Ability to understand and execute instructions required on job site
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment in varied conditions
- Professionalism and industry knowledge when interacting with clients
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Capable to working under pressure to meet tight deadlines

Assets
- Commercial work experience
- Ability to read blueprints
Temporary position available with the possibility to extend into full time employment.
