Key Responsibilities
- Consultative Selling: Build rapport with guests to understand their lifestyle needs and match them with the perfect vehicle.
- Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of the latest automotive technology, including towing capacities, performance specs, and infotainment systems.
- Lead Management: Actively follow up with dealership leads and manage a robust CRM database to maintain long-term client relationships.
- Delivery Excellence: Conduct thorough vehicle "walk-arounds" and ensure a seamless delivery process for every customer.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the dealership at local community events and maintain a professional presence within the Markham/York Region area.
What You Bring to the Table
- OMVIC Certification: A valid Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council license (or the ability to obtain one).
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Markham/GTA automotive landscape and a pulse on current market trends.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication; ability to speak multiple languages is a significant asset in the Markham market.
- Technical Aptitude: A genuine interest in the "nuts and bolts" of cars—you should be able to explain the difference between AWD systems or rim offsets with confidence.
- Drive: A valid Ontario "G" Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
